This action applies to claims in Coding Review, Claim Review, CH Rejection, Paper Claims, ERA Exception, EOB Posting, EOB Reconciliation and Denial.

Step 1: Click the double-ended arrow next to a column header to apply sorting. Click once to sort in ascending order, twice to sort in descending order, and a third time to clear the sort. Hover over the arrow to preview the sort action before clicking.

When a column is sorted, its header appears grey and the active sort arrow on the double-ended icon is highlighted in blue.

You can sort claims by multiple columns. When multiple sorts are applied, the most recently selected column becomes the primary sort.

In the example below, Date of Service is first sorted in ascending order. Patient Name is then sorted in ascending order, making it the primary sort. As a result, claims are sorted first by Patient Name and then by Date of Service, both in ascending order.
