Need to change your password?
Before logging in:
Step 1: Click on “Forgot Passcode?” on your log in page.
Step 2: Type in your email in the pop up box.
Step 3: You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
After logging in:
Step 1: Navigate to your Profile on the bottom left hand corner of the page
Step 2: Under My Account > My Profile, scroll to the Security section. Click on the Reset Password button.
Step 3: Key in your current password, then key in your new password twice. Please ensure that password in New Password and Confirm New Password fields are the same.
Step 4: Click Save.
