The Static Data panel lets you manage key payer and billing configurations specific to your organization — such as payer ID mapping, fee schedules, ERA Payer mapping and Paper Payer Addresses. By centralizing this information, the Static Data panel helps ensure more accurate mappings across the RCM workflow, reducing errors and improving claim processing.
To access this, click Claims > Static Data on the left side menu.
You can further navigate through the Static Data sub-menus to manage different configurations and settings.
Payer ID Mapping: Practice could have different naming in their EHR system. You can match the EHR Payer Name with ClearingHouse designated Payer ID and Payer name here for more effective mapping across platforms
Fee Schedule: You can add new or edit existing CPT code’s Medicare fee schedule and adjust the charge % over medicare rate you want to bill for your claims.
ERA Payer Mapping: You can input ERA Name and map it to existing Payer ID-Ins Short Name. This helps our system to automatically match the ERA to the correct claim.
Paper Payer Address: You can view your Payer’s Fax Number and Address here. The added fax number and address will be displayed in Paper Claim panel for reference.
Drug Info: You can view the drugs mapped to your procedure codes here. This section shows the associated CPT code, drug name, and NDC, along with the unit price and unit type for each mapped drug.
