Filter for Claims Not in a Work Queue
You can now easily find all claims that are not currently assigned to a Work Queue in All Claims. To view them, use the Work Queue filter in the top panel and select Not in Work Queue.
View your EOBs in CH Rejection Work Queue
You can now view any available EOBs directly in the CH Rejection Detail Page. Simply scroll down to the EOB and Inactive EOB section to view them.
