Claim Activity Tracking in Quick Info
We’ve introduced enhanced Claim Activity tracking in the Quick Info panel to improve visibility into actions taken on each claim. With this update, you can now easily track key user actions throughout the claim lifecycle, helping with auditing, troubleshooting, and understanding claim progress.
New activity statuses include:
ERA Exception Resolved – Logged when user submits a claim from the ERA Exception queue
EOB Reconciliation Resolved – Logged when a user submits a claim from the EOB Reconciliation queue
EOB Posting Resolved – Logged when a user submits a claim from the EOB Posting queue
Advanced Action – Logged whenever a user takes an action in Advanced Action
Removed from Work Queue – Logged when a user removes a claim from any Work Queue
Patient Statement Email and Text - Logged when our system sends out an Email and/or Text patient statement
This enhancement provides greater transparency into claim handling and makes it easier to track how and when claims are worked. Please note this enhancement is only applicable for new activities.
Move EOB to Inactive EOB
You can now move EOBs to the Inactive EOB section for better claim accuracy and record keeping. This allows you to move EOBs received from the wrong payer or associated with inactive payers. Simply click the “Move to Inactive EOB” button in the EOB section of your Claim Detail page.
Inactive EOBs will still be retained for reference, but will no longer be counted toward the claim, helping ensure your claim data remains accurate and clean.
Note: If you receive an EOB from a Primary or Secondary payer that is no longer valid, you must update the payer information in Advanced Action to ensure the claim reflects the correct payer.
