New Feature: Add to Watchlist
We’ve introduced a new Watchlist feature to help you easily track and revisit important claims. Watchlist acts like a bookmark. Adding a claim won't change its work queue assignment. It's simply a way to flag claims you want to keep an eye on.
Click “Add to Watchlist” in the claim detail page to add the claim to your Watchlist and these claims will be clearly tagged for easy identification. You can also remove claims from your Watchlist at any time as priorities change.
To quickly access all claims on your Watchlist, use the Watchlist filter in the All Claims panel.
Improvement: Change Payment Category with Custom Amount (AA-Admin)
We’ve enhanced the “Change Payment Category Between Insurance Based and Self Pay” functionality to provide more flexibility when reallocating payments. Moving payment between insurance based and self pay categories will affect what appears on patient statements. Please use this function with caution.
With this update, you can now enter a custom amount to reallocate between Insurance-Based and Self Pay. The system will move only the specified amount to the selected category, helping you better control how payments should be categorized in your records.
Improvement: Updates to Charge Verifier and Denial Agent Copilots
We’ve improved access to our Copilot agents to make them easier to use within your workflow. You can now launch both the Charge Verifier and Denial Agent directly from the Claim Detail page by clicking the sparkle icon and selecting the desired agent from the dropdown in the pop-up.
We’ve also enhanced the Charge Verifier experience so that your chat history is now preserved within the same thread when you make edits and rerun the AI analysis on your charges. This allows for a more seamless and continuous workflow without losing prior context.
