New Feature: Multi-Factor Authentication

To help keep your portal secure, we’ve added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to the platform.

To set up MFA, click your profile picture, then go to My Account > Security. You’ll see two MFA options available. Choose your preferred MFA method and follow the setup instructions. Once MFA is enabled, you’ll be asked to verify your account each time you sign in. Please be advised that only one MFA method can be enabled at a time. To switch methods, you’ll need to remove your current method first.

Note: If you experience issues logging in with MFA, please reach out to your administrator to reset your MFA settings.

Styling Updates to our Portal

We’ve made minor visual updates across the portal to improve navigation and provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience. All functionality remains unchanged.
