To enhance the security of your portal, we recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for platform access

To set up MFA, click your profile picture, then go to My Account > Security.

You’ll see two MFA options available. Choose your preferred MFA method and follow the setup instructions. Please be advised that only one MFA method can be enabled at a time. To switch methods, you’ll need to remove your current method first.

Authenticator APP

  1. Download a TOTP-based authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo on your phone

  2. Open your authenticator app and log in

  3. Scan the QR code on the right with your authenticator app

  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm setup

Once MFA is enabled, you’ll be asked to verify your account each time you sign in. Use your authenticator app to generate a 6-digit verification code, then enter it when prompted.

Email Verification

  1. Go to the email inbox associated with your Youlify account.

  2. Find the email containing your 6-digit verification code.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code when prompted to confirm your setup.

Once MFA is enabled, you’ll be asked to verify your account each time you sign in. The verification code will be sent to your email, and you can enter it when prompted.

Note: If you experience issues logging in with MFA, please reach out to your administrator to reset your MFA settings.
