Note: This function is only available to Admins.
If a user is having trouble logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you can disable MFA for them from your settings.
To do this, click your profile picture and navigate to Settings > User Access. Locate the user and click “Edit” next to their name.
Under MFA settings, select “Opted Out” to disable MFA for that user. The user will be able to set up MFA again the next time they log in.
Note: This option will only be visible if the user currently has MFA enabled. If you do not see this setting, it means MFA was not previously set up for that user.
