Patient Statements Available in Claim Detail Page
You can now view patient responsibility details directly within the Claim Detail Page. Once all payer payments have been finalized and patient responsibility has been calculated for the encounter, the full patient responsibility breakdown will be displayed.
This view is available in Claim Review, Paper claims, EOB Posting, EOB Reconciliation, Denial, All claims panels.
