New Feature: User Settings Upgrade

No action required. If your current user role setup is working for you, nothing changes. This update simply gives you more flexibility if you ever want to customize roles or settings down the line.

We've upgraded the Settings experience with new organization-level controls and custom role management.

Organization Settings: A new Organization Settings panel lets you update your organization display name, manage your profile picture, and enable organization-wide multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Custom User Roles: You can now create roles with configurable claim permissions, settings access, and work queue access tailored to your organization's workflows. Roles are assigned directly within the existing User Access panel, which continues to serve as the central place to manage and add users.

No changes have been made to the Work Queue Assignment panel.

Organizational Level Multi-Factor Authentication

Note: This is only available for User Roles with Organization Settings = Can View and Can Edit.

We are expanding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to support organization-wide enforcement.

To enable MFA for your organization, click your Profile Picture to access Settings, then navigate to Organization Settings. Under the Authentication tab, click Edit and toggle the setting on to enable organization-level MFA enforcement.

Once enabled, any users who have not yet configured MFA will be required to complete MFA setup the next time they log in.

Skip MFA with Trusted Devices

You can now skip Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for up to 30 days by marking your device as a trusted device during the MFA verification process.

Automatic Session Timeout

For security purposes, users will now be automatically logged out after 4 hours of inactivity on the platform or after 24 hours of total session time, whichever occurs first.
