Advanced Action: Task Progress Bar status when applying bulk action
When applying an Advanced Action to multiple encounters, a task progress bar will appear while the bulk action is being processed. Once the action is complete, the task progress bar will update to confirm that processing has finished. This task progress bar is for informational purposes only, and no action is required on your end.
Task Progress Display Settings
Note: This is only available for User Roles with Organization Settings = Can View and Can Edit.
You can configure who can view task progress across your organization. To update this setting, navigate to Organization Settings and select Task Progress from the top navigation panel.
Choose between the following options:
Broadcast to Organization – All users in the organization can view the progress of running tasks, regardless of who initiated them.
Show to Task Owner Only – Only the user who started the task can view its progress.
By default, this setting is configured as Broadcast to Organization.
