Claim Activity Tracking (Beta)
We're excited to launch the new Claim Activity Details page, now available in beta! This gives you a comprehensive view into everything happening on a claim, both the actions your team takes and the system actions running behind the scenes, for a complete picture of the claim lifecycle.
The Quick Info’s Claim tab still gives you a fast summary of the most important claim activity for easy reference. Now, click "View Activity Details" Quick Info’s Claim tab to open the full Claim Activity Details page, a comprehensive timeline with additional claim events and richer context beyond what's shown in the Quick Info summary.
Beta: This is the first in a series of releases aimed at continuously improving Claim Activity Tracking. Over the next couple of weeks, expect us to keep expanding the activity types and detail captured on this page.
