Note: This is only available for User Roles with Work Queue Assignment Settings = Can View and Can Edit.

We've made several usability enhancements to the Work Queue Assignment page to make complex assignment workflows easier to review and navigate. Users can now view all selected values for a rule directly in View Mode without entering Edit Mode, making it easier to audit assignment criteria. Simply click the eye icon on any row to view the complete list of selected options, making it easier to review and audit assignment criteria.

We've also enhanced path highlighting by allowing users to click a workflow path to keep it highlighted as they scroll through large assignment workflows. These improvements make reviewing, troubleshooting, and understanding assignment configurations faster and more intuitive.
