Here’s how you can submit a Primary Claim in the Fulcrum RCM AI Platform.
Please note that the Claim Review submission feature only supports Primary Claims. To submit a Secondary Claim, please use the Advanced Action workflow instead. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to: How to Submit a Secondary Claim.
Step 1: Navigate to the Claim Review panel and find the claim that you wish to submit. If your claim is not in the Claim Review panel, find your claim in All Claims panel and move it to the Claim Review panel.
Step 2: Ensure that all details in the Claim is correct and that the Box 22 shows 1- Original Claim.
Step 3: Click submit. Our system will automatically send out this Primary Claim during our daily automated submission.
